Here are some of the answers to the most common of questions you might have. Feel free to contact us if you have concerns that are not met by this page.

What methods of payment are accepted?
We take cash, and all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

How do airport pick ups work?
There are 2 options:
1) Our driver meets you at your gate, holding a sign. This carries an addition $10 fee.
2)You pick up your baggage, and step outside. You give us a call at 425-652-0134 telling us the door number you're at, and our driver promptly meets you.

What kind of vehicles are available?
We drive Luxury Towncars(4 passengers).

What are your rates?
Our rates can be found here. Hands down, we offer the fairest rates around.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card is charged 24-48 hours after the job is done and we have your credit card information.

Do I need to provide credit card information to reserve?
Absolutley not! You can reserve without providing any sensitive information because we value your privacy and realize that you just might want to pay with cash.

How can I contact you?
All of our contact resources are here. Feel free to call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Is our reservation guaranteed?
It is only guaranteed if you have received a positive confirmation from us. This means you need to provide reliable means of contact for us to be able to reach you.

What if we need a car seat?
Car seats are available for an extra $20 charge.

Any extra charges for late night pickups?
Pickups done from 12am to 5am are charged an extra $10 fee for late night pickup.

Is there any minimum charge?
There is a minimum charge of $35 for any service.
